Services: FCS provides comprehensive and quality behavioral health services to children, families and their communities. FCS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
(CARF) and is licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS). The multi-disciplinary staff, consisting of a child psychiatrist, full- and part-time psychologists, social workers and
graduate-level trainees, offers:
-individual counseling
